Please help to ensure that your water fountain is not placed on the carpet or obstructed by any objects under the base. The weight measurement relies on the four corners of the water base, which must be positioned on a harder flatter surface.
What could be causing the water not to flow out of the cat fountain after installation?
Kindly check that the water tank and base are aligned properly and make sure that the pump is inserted in the correct orientation.
Why does the record of water intake not include water evaporation?
Considering the evaporation of water, we have chosen not to record this part of water loss in the App. So you may find that the amount of water actually missing from the tank may be different from the App system shows your pet drinking.
What is the ideal frequency for maintaining the fountain and pump?
To ensure proper maintenance, we suggest a weekly cleaning routine for the fountain and biweekly cleaning of the pump.
